Bad service and *********** personnel at Alexander Forbes
I changed jobs and I have requested some withdrawal out of my provident fund. My money was disinvested for a week and then invested again. No one at Alexander Forbes can tell me the status of my withdrawal request, I made multiple calls and every call is a contradicting stories.
