Bad service: Alexander Forbes
Hi
Please note that Alexander Forbes does not provide a good customer experience. When it comes time to receive your provident fund, expect the following challenges, which I have also faced: 1. Lack of responsiveness, 2. The process takes more than 3 months (12 weeks), 3. Agents do not have answers to your questions regarding the status of your funds, and 4. Ensure you have a plan B because Alexander Forbes is the worst financial institution when it comes to payments
