Bad service Alexander Forbes
This by far the worst company to make an Investment. They never reply to emails, they keep on changing payment dates. The original timeline was 4 to 6 weeks, making payment date end of November. It then changed to middle December and now we are on the 3rd week of January. I eventually got hold of someone informing me that the lady doing the payments is on leave, yet no one to stand in for her. This for a big financial company like Alexander Forbes. The complaint was escalated to management and thwy also don't reply to emails. I will most definitely NOT Recommend Alexander Forbes to anyone.

30 Dec 2021, 08:35This is the same reply you give to all the complaints. How do I know that you will even investigate. I think you have an automated reply to all the complaints. Does it even matter to you that you receive so many complaints about bad service. Maybe if you take action against the ones giving the poor service and employee capable people, you might get something right.
