Bad Service : Alexander Forbes.

I signed documentation for a refund of fees taken from my Preservation Pension Fund with Alexander Forbes. Three weeks later and the fees have still not been credited to my fund. I get given a story that this 'takes time'...no calculations were needed, it was just a simple refund of fees. It should have happened immediately.

Lousy service.
