Bad Service
I have resigned from my previous employer on the 19 October 2022. All claim documents were submitted to AF, however they have not released any payment to date. Their phone is never answered or if they answer they can’t assist at all. I have also sent numerous emails with not help. This is very frustrating. I would never recommend AF to any company or person.
