Bad service

2021 a guys from Elexander forbes called saying they want to make a payout I submitted everything, then was told must wait for payment will take 7 weeks I waited , fast forwarding to August 2024 I reached out to Elexander forbes again and submitted all documents was told to wait 7 weeks , November 2024 got a message saying they will make a payout within 7- 14 days but no payment was made . On the 17 December 2015 reached out again was told claim was approved but I have to wait for people who are on leave will be coming back on the 5th of January must process my claim . Elexander forbes is not treating there clients well , there is no communication unless you communicate with them first , I need assistance.
