BAD SERVICE

I am very disappointed and unhappy with the service I got from Alexander Forbes. Its been 4 months now waiting for my claim to be proccessed everytime when I call to follow up I get told a different story by their agents. All I have been told is a bunch of lies that I will get confirmation and correspondence about my claim. Their service is parthetic and poor. I would never consider their products in the near future.
