BAD SERVICE

I've logged a query with one of your not so helpful administrators Fikile Tshabalala, it's been over a month and my query has not been resolved, she has all the necessary information but fails to wrap up the query and proceed with my refund.

My homeloan was due to end in January 2019

She however advised there are 5 missing payments which she eventually found 3. I've been trying to get her to understand for a few years i started paying a different amount which she also needs to refund but she fail she fail to listen or understand or ask for help from her manager knowing shes cooking a big mess.

If my loan ended in January 2019 and shes missing 2 more payments and ive paid up until August or September 2019 ive got more than 3 months that should be refunded. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TAKE THAT GIRL BACK TO MATH CLASS.
