Bad service

Alexander Forbes received my father's Disability claim on 06 July 2020. Mampho Moeketsi made it clear that there is a 3 month waiting period from the date of disability before an approved disability claim can be paid, which is now passed the 3months, After making follow ups calling and sending email, I was told that I have to submit requested documents, which I did but till today no response to my emails, how is my father suppose to live without an income on his condition. poor service ever.
