Bad service

I'm so disappointed with the lack of service that I have received from you guys I have submitted my claim on the 7th and still nothing has happened it's amazing how the 21day rule only apply for certain people. My claim shows that's it on tax application for 9 days now when I contacted SARS today they advised that they have not received Anything from the fund. Since Saturday I am unable to see my balance please advise what happend to my money I can't reach you guys anywhere.
