Bad service
I have been trying to get hold of Alexander Forbes Absa Pension contact centre for about 3days now to track my funds and all consultants i've been connected to have been unable to assist and they'll either hang up or tell me they are transferring me to someone who can help where each time i wait for hours with no agent picking up my call.
