I am a legal parent of two children and the court order was issued to Alexander Forbes to pay a certain lump sum to the guardian fund but till to date the money is not paid and the children's were supposed to access it from the guardian fund every six months.The Alexander Forbes send me email on the 19/09/2019 which States as follows: Please note that the order was provided to us by the attorneys and we have started processing the order. It has been deemed enforceable against the fund and the admin team is busy with the processing. AFICA, please assist the applicant by advising when the payment will be finalised. I kept on caling them to get the feedback and I managed to speak to Zenith Eilerd l Divorce Order Administrator ,who gave me Mr Leon Bremer two weeks ago who said the money will be paid to the guardian fund on the 04/10/2019,but till to date the money is not yet paid.yesterday I called Forbes again for monitoring the progress I was asked for email address as usual by the agent who said she will email me feedback from Mr Leon Bremer because he is the one dealing with my file ,and by the time I called I was told he in not in the office and is the only one who can respond to this matter.But as normal no response from forbes as they have promised.Does this people think children's should suffer because of their lack of interest on their work or respect for fellow south Africans on respect to the children's Act. Please team kindly assist mebas the children's were supposed to get the money on the 31/07/2019.
