Bad service

Worst service so far I can forsee that really this company has a trend of bad serving clients based on reviews and my experience so far I've been over a month I've been waiting for a client profile to be created as I wanted to check my balance on my provident fund after a month of waiting I called Alexander forbers today the lady that assisted me says she is going help me and she then put me on hold for 2mins until I hung up.. I'm waiting for a payout on their end I can forsee alot of battles going forward if it takes over a month to create a client profile I'm sure it should take a year for my payout to clear
