Bad service 4months of application no feedback

I was working for department of health and resign last year September 2021,sent my documents to HR department and i was told that due insufficient leave day i had during my major knee operation i had to apply for disability leave and my documents were sent to Thandile Risk Assessment with had a contract with Department of Health till 2021,they have decline my application and i had to get medical reports from my orthopaedic surgeon to do the application for grievance with Alexander forbes because Thandile Risk management company had ended their contract with Department of Health.. My documents were sent from January 2021 till today there is no feedback at all.. Its been 4 months and nothing has happened.. Bad service when you call them they send you from pillar to post. Their staff no nothing about fhe company they dont even know who deals with matter.. Very bad service
