Bad service

I have completed my service at work on the 24th March 2023, I have submitted my document's requested by alexander forbes on the 22nd of April, Got no feedback nothing I then called a few days later to confirm how long it takes for pay out from date claim received was adv 14-21 business days, I emailed as enquiry and on 2 occasions I was told 4-6 weeks from the day I submitted, I have not received any payouts in this timescale I then emailed complaints team and was called by claint liaison officer who advised there was a miss understanding documents was receieved from myself for the claim but they needed other documents and no one followed up she then apologized and adv me she will follow up as she has but now every week I'm given a different timescales for this and that it's being dragged out and it's unacceptable to this point after being told 1-3 working days to get feedback from Sars for my Tax details I've now receieved and email stating that there has been an error and it has now been corrected they had to do a reapplication and will get back to me on Friday the 30.06.2023. Ive honestly had enough now as iive been told so many things and yet still waiting on my money and it's almost 3months later.

It's funny how everyone else before me receieved their payout after leaving a month after me, even so they received a response with an actual date of pay out besides myself.

I need immediate as this is pathetic. I trusted that the issue will be resolved ASAP as it's been over a month already but yet they failed me.
