Bad service
I have a withdrawal claim with Alexforbs my Company submitted forms only to find that they were incorrect after Alexforbs noticed that I was never contacted or my Company to fix the error they waited for me to send email following up on my status that is when I was send I new forms after the new forms they started the process afresh. I did try to bring this to their attention with the complain channel Karabo the complain department rep**** and promise invistigate and will come to me in 4 days up untill today nothing has happened
