BAD SERVICE!!!!

Good day , i app**** for 2 pot on the 2 march 2026 and still no payment. i tried calling alexander forbes since last week and they telling me they will call me back. we are on the 10th and i still did not receive any payment. i sent an email to '***' and '***.' but to no avail. i tried to register on AF connect but they tell me im already registered and the email and cell phone number does not exist and tell me i should call support! HOW! i want answers today!!!! there are people who received theirs on the 5th of march already!!!! what kind of service is this? i cant even track the process as to how far my application i is!
