Bad service

I received a message saying that my payment was rejected due to and automated bank verification. What **** is this! I want to know what is going on. I never expected service this bad from a reputable company. Then you telephone automated person is always saying my ID number is incorrect. How the f××× does an automated telephone know this. #veryfrustrated customer.
