Bad service
I never thought a well established company as Alex Forbes can provide such **** service. I'm struggling for over a month now with my withdrawal from the fund. Every time the call center telling me they going to escalate it to fund administrators and today to a team leader. Seems like there is no telephones at AF nor fund administrators as nobody gets back to me they tell me to call back to follow up and when I do than it needs to be escalated. I want to know what's happening what's the hold up. No answers I would never advise anyone to invest with Alexander Forbes. Useless

AF call center useless telling me they will email me once they get feedback from the administrators as they inbound call center. So you don't have team leaders who can make outbound calls you don't have administrators who can contact the clients back. I'm still waiting on a call since my hello Peter has been logged. How is it possible that my documents were sent for tax clearance on the 19th and still no feedback this is ridiculous. I'm taking this to all media platforms Twitter etc. Don't ever invest in AF TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WANT FEEDBACK BEFORE COB TODAY.
