I would just like to express my disgust with your call centre staff !!!

I was on the call now for 45 minutes and when she could not answer my questions she hung up in my ear !!!

Below I will put my initial query and also the response I received all I wanted to know is if my fund with my previous employer is still active and if there is funds still due to me , see below

Kindly be advised that your record still reflects as currently active we have not yet received your withdrawal notification form from your previous employer. Please contact your previous Human Resources Department and request that they submit your form on your behalf. If they advise that they have already submitted the form, please request that they provide you with the date of submission as well as the method in which the documents were submitted in order for us to locate the form and begin the claim process. Upon receipt of your completed withdrawal notification form and provided your last contribution has been received and allocated on our side, the claim should take between 4 and 6 weeks to be finalized provided that no queries arise.
