Bad service
I was retrenched end of April 2023 called alexfobes in June 17th 2023 to ask about my funds and was told I have outstanding documents and send it to then the very same day call again a few days later and was told our funds is on hold call again on Tuesday and was told they'll do a check with admin I mist call back on Thursday which Is today and I called but was told again that my documents is outstanding and the lady checked and saw I did send it on 17th June already... all my colleagues got payouts and I'm not still waiting and I need my money.

I have debit to pay and thing to do with my money I don't want to wait until Monday to find out about my money I just want you to pay my money
