BAD SERVICE

I want to complain about ALEXANDER FORBES!!!

My claim was submitted on 3/06/2019 with ALEXANDER FORBES and received an sms the money will be paid in the next 6 weeks…

This morning I followed up AGAIN after numerous phone calls and all that is updated on their system is “Claim received” nothing else happened on this claim.

6 weeks Passed already! This is unacceptable and unprofessional lying and say 6 weeks and now we are going for week 7.

Khanyi Ngwenya that deal with my stuff don’t respond to any emails or update the system.

Please help!!!!!
