Bad service

Worse decision ever was to move my insurance to this unprofessional company, now that I have to claim my for my pension fund after resigning 3 months ago, I am being put from pillar to post, it is not even legal for a company to hold on to people's hard earned money for such a long time, I was advised it will take 6-8 weeks, but hey 3 months later I'm still fighti with unprofessional agents who promise to call me back but never do. I will never recommend this company to anyone and I shall make sure that I let every person I know to NEVER JOIN ALEXANDRA FORBES, for any reason whatsoever. My social media friends and every person I know, shall know how this company operates. I am still waiting for someone to call me and resolve my problem, such bad service from a reputable company, it is such a shame. I want to cancel everything I have with you.
