Bad service

Bad service at its best including their complaints department. I have been struggling to get hold of so called consultant to update my details, so what happens if I get into serious trouble with such service. I called for the whole two weeks in December with calls transferred and put on hold for no good reason. I logged a call and email with the complaints department and they did not even bother to contact me. On the 4 of January I called to have this insurance canceled so I can insure with insurers that are available to assist us, same issues get transferred to calls being dropped. I sent emails with no response. Please cancel this policy I cannot stand such nonsense any longer
