Bad service !!!!

I'm not happy at all with Alexander Forbes - I have resigned from my previous company on the 06th June 2018. Each time when I phone Alexander Forbes there is a diffirent story - first was that I need to wait for a 3 months period as my previous employeer instructed this but is this part of Alexander Forbes clause before payout could take place.?? After numerous calls no clear answer as to what is going on, last week I phoned Alexander Forbes call centre where the lady informed me that payout will be this week if not before today then I must phone again then payout will be by the latest on Friday. Yesterday I phone the call centre again where another lady informed me that she cant give me any details and that I need to phone my previous employer head office which according to me is not correct as MY MONEY is with Alexander Forbes but no one can give me any answers and all that is said is that my claim has not been processed yet ??? How long must i wait for MY money ???? And I expect that I will receive the interest that escaleted on top of the sum of money that is due to me.
