Bad service
I resigned where I was working hoping that Alexander Forbes will give me a great service. I called them last week several times and they manage to answer the call on the 5th time and I had already spent over R40 airtime.
I called them yesterday and I kept on holding the line till my airtime was finished. I borrowed that airtime from my service provider.
Can they please answer when we are giving them calls. It is not like we are having a choice we need money as we don't have a pay day.
I sent them several emails and none was answered nor acknowledged.
