Bad service

Im very disappointed with Alexander Forbes Financial Services its been weeks now my employer sent them my withdrawal claim form and they CC me with the email they sent to Alexander Forbes saying they now have to assist me further in regards to my claim. Alexander Forbes still insists they haven't received anything from my employer i should go back and tell them to send my claim form but there's evidence that my employer did send it to them.

Im not sure if its the stuff who does want to do their work or its people who aint capable to to do what they are paid to do. I dont understand how hard can it be to receive and submit i mean we provide you with relevant details but still you guys find it hard to provide services.

Im really not happy with the service and the stuff can become very aggressive at times..
