Bad Service

<p>In July 2016 Jonathan Mavasa (my brother), submitted the divorce claims to Alexander Forbs. Their application forms and the personnel he spoke to, told him that the process takes sixty days, when sixty days was complete and he had not received anything from them. He then went to their offices personally, where they told him his documents were put on hold as they did not have all the required documentation and nobody called him about this. Upon further investigation though, they found out the problem was on their side. He had in fact submitted all the necessary documents in July, they then promised him that because it was their fault that he has have not yet received the money due to him, he won’t have to wait for another 60 days. They will process the money in two weeks. Since then he has been sent from pillar to post, every time he calls after the two weeks have passed, he speaks to different people and he is expected to retell the whole story. Then he is told to wait for another two again, and when the two week period is over and he call, he is told the same thing, the cycle continues. I t has been five months now and he does not get any joy from Alexander Forbs, the money has not been deposited. He is at wits end as he does not know who to talk to now. He has exhausted all means to communicate with them from going personally to telephonic conversations which lasts for hours and still with no help in the end.</p>
