BAD SERVICE

<p>I have a situation regarding a clients' pension that hasn't been paid to him since October 2015.</p> <p>I am in the financial industry and would like to request that NO ONE do business with this company due to the fact that they don't respect the elderly and their finances.</p> <p>I keep on recieving excuses from the pension division that this clients' case is with internal affairs.</p> <p>But that has been going on for 3 months.</p> <p>My client is in a financial crises due to the fact that he didn't and still doesn't recieve his monthly income.</p> <p>I'm disgusted with the service and Alexander Forbes excuses.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been in the financial industry for almost 7 years and have NEVER experienced this kind of service.</p> <p>Utterly ashamed that they are part of this industry.</p> <p>Hope something gets done in this regard</p>
