BAD SERVICE

I was contact by ICTS regarding an unclaimed benefit from Bidvest Pension Fund.I submitted the documents which they confirmed receiveing by email on 13 May 2015.AFter calling Alexander Forbes yesterday and speaking to Roxsan I was told to get a membership number from ICTS which I duly did.I called back this morning and spoke to Edgar who took down my details and then put me on hold for more than 9 minutes.I called back and spoke to Rachel and was told to follow up with ICTS as they have the value of the benefit.I called ICTS and was told by Richard to speak to Karabo.He then put me through to Naeem who put me through to someone who did not pick up.WHO SHOULD I SPEAK TO???
