Bad Service

I resigned from the company i worked at and sent through my withdrawal forms to aforbes and to be told there is section 14 transfer being done because company changed names and that i will still get all my money ive worked from 2012 till 2015 and contributed 20% of my salary at first but only received a payment on friday 22/05/2015 over just the one fund where the companies name changed to which is jd consumers and when i foned today i spoke to stacey in your call centre which told me there is no other record of payment that is due to me...please deal with this accordingly...
