Bad Service

My last day at my previous job was January 2015, till today I haven't received my pension fund. I have gone back to school to study and in need of the money. every time I call its different excuses, something missing, bounced back, incorrect name. does it take 5months for this. if something is missing why don't you contact me and wait for me to call. I hope other companies will stop using Alexander Forbes as its the worse service provider. it take 4-6weeks, but now its months. how am I supposed to study with money issues.
