<p>Bad Service</p> <p>The process of the provident fund claim payout as i was informed is 4 - 6 weeks yet my claim took longer. Today I called in to check when will the money be released and i am informed that it will take 7 - 14 days. I asked the agent that assisted me today to log a complaint for me and he told me to hold on he will log the compain and give me a reference number , I held onto the phone for 7 minutes and ended up dropping the line. I need to know when will this money be released , the exact date. I am so ****ed off at the agent cause not even did he come back to me to notify that he may be having a problem hence its taking so long for him to log a complaint. I have called AF so many times i am sick and tired of calling . Deposit the money and let there be no further communication. </p>
