Bad response times!
Really bad response times. Been waiting more than two weeks for a consultant to return my call. Not sure if I am dealing with robots or consultants- they are quick to acknowledge my complaint (via email) but for some reason my calls never get returned. You are dealing with peoples hard earned savings/pension funds!
