Bad pathetic service

I having busy doing my tax Efiling and upon submitting my tax returns an error prevented me from submitting it which is a result of them not declaring the lumpsum paid out to me. I have contacted them on the 27th July 2022 as well as the 2nd and 8th of August 2022 and they are unable to provide any feedback or answers as to why they cannot resolve the issue i have submitted to them to be resolved. This is totally unacceptable and they are wasting my te as i do not always have time to sit infront of a pc to do my tax returns because i work on the road everyday. I am totally disgusted by the incompetence and lack of service of this company

The above was my last review written about Alexander Forbes and since then they have responded privately with a politically correct response but nobody has contacted me since. Today I have contacted them a total of 14 times and each time my call gets cut off but nobody bothers to phone back because either I get cut off mid conversation. This is pathetic for such a big company and very unprofessional. I will not recommend them at all
