Bad + No service at Alex Forbes
If there is a crown for the no service in South Africa . The crown will go to Alex Forbes Provident fund ADT administrator. Still waiting on my fund payout for more that a year.You only get one liner feedback.The only staff member with the best service was Abigail Jacobus at the Stellenbosch walk-in office.
That consultant is the only gold star at Alex Forbes. Even the compliant department just make promises but no feedback.
Alex Forbes staff = No service with lots of bad attitude covered with soddy feedback.
