Bad Financial advisor ever

Before I retire from my employment in 2019 my pension fund scheme was managed by Alexander Forbes they assigned a financial advisor to help me. Everything seems to be ok because James Mc Connell advised me that if I can invest with Oldmutual my annual increase will be 6% compared to what percentage I will have if I invest with my previous employer wich will be 5%.I trusted him because I thought 1% will be better but that was not the case he was just wanted me to invest to the institution of his choice because the percentage was the same. I can't get hold of him since 2021 he doesn't reply to my phone calls even whattsup messages it seems he has blocked me. The only thing I want from him is to tell me why did he **** to me.
