Bad customer service
On the 14 October 2020 my former employer submitted my stamped retirement withdrawal form with Alexander Forbes which they confirmed with me and Alexander Forbes confirmed the receipt with me on the 16 October 2020. On the confirmation they told me the payout will take 4 to 6 weeks. Last week Friday 13th November 2020 I sent them an e-mail enquiring about the payout but is responding to my e-mail and I tried following with phone call but their call center is bad you can hold for more than 10 minutes. Now I am not sure if they have all what they need and what is delaying the payout.
