bad customer service

I made a claim no-one has made contact with me. Whenever I phone they say they say there's a red flag on my claim it could be because I have a loan and I am going through a divorce. I have told them numerous times that non of this is true & my previous employer has confirmed it. Still I haven't received my money and they haven't contacted me
