Bad Customer Service

Good afternoon

I am so dissapointed in this company. Their customer service are really bad. They suppose to pay me money of a policy. I submitted my documents 3 months ago, but did not received any money or any correspond.

I phoned them several times,but it seems like no one is working there. If I phone, someone always put me through to this and that person, but at the end I stayed on the line,and then the phone got cut off. So I want to know how are they gonna help me if nobody are available when you phone them.

I also send emails but with no replies . BAD SERVICES.

I don't think I will recommend anybody to do business with them. I really am dissapointed in how they treat their clients 👎
