Bad company

I am a single parent looking after my kids.Since I since alexander Forbes was send the court order to transfer money from my ex husband's investment policy to guardian fund the court was finalised on the 01/07/2019,but to date nothing has been done.The children are not receiving maintenance from their father who decided to quit job at Capetown but was having pension from his previous employer and invested the money at Forbes.He deposited the amount of 848 968,58.They have been saying they want to check if the money is transferable or not,but till to date .
