Bad company

I worked for russells jd group more than 8 years ago. Never knew i had a profident fund antil i was called and they said i have unclaimed funds. I filled in my forms and submitted them. Alexander forbes logged a payment date on their system that i was paid in february 2019. Which is un true. Only reason i know about this is because i cannot claim my tax, because on efiling it shows that i received money from alexander forbes. Sars needs a tax cetrificate from alexander forbes to finalise my tax return. I called alexander forbes since the 28th of june and asked them for my payment to pay out and a tax certificate. No one is helping. They only tell me to call back in a week to see what my status are. I need alexander forbes to pay out my money which is rightfully mine and send me a tax certificate so that i can forward it to sars. I cannot call them every week just to hear the same story over and over and over again. They just keep on telling me, call in a weeks time again. I am very disappointed in this company. I do not recommend them to anyone.
