Bad communication, no pay out, useless!

I left my employer on the 8th October to which I was promised my payout within 6 weeks. I submitted all my forms way befor I left. Now 6 weeks later and still no pay out and no one can tell me why. The call centre at standard bank retirement fund is useless and keep telling me to call back! What happened to customer service these days? I need to call back??? I have called 4 times to no avail. Alexander forbs does not value their clients and I strongly advise against taking retirement packages with them. This is meant to be a smooth process but has become an absolute nightmare. Stick to your customer promise!!! When calling the call centre they advise every call that it could take up to 6 weeks but it's never that long. Really? That is false! I called on the 16th October, again on the 30th October and the 4th of November. I then recieve an sms on the 4th to say it is being processed and to call back in 10 days. I waited assuming it was being processed. I call back again on the 14th only to be told there was a problem and it had been rejected on the 6th November and they can not tell me why, I need to call them back!!!!!. Where was the communication on the 6th?? This is disgusting
