Bad communication

<p>I am currently waiting on my pension fund to be paid out. I received a text on the 6th of May telling me that my documents have been submitted and I will be receiving my funds in 4 weeks if all the documents are in. I called on the 8th to confirm they have all my documents and I was told that they do and if anything happens I will be notified by text or call. </p> <p>I called them again on the 16th to get an update on my funds and now I'm told that they are waiting for my April payment and then it will be processed. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is rediculious on I must be the one chancing after them to get what is mine that I have worked for. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would like this company to stand by their word and have my money in my account on the turn around time they told me </p>
