Bad client service
Good day I am not happy with the service I have received from your company. I resigned in March and I still didnt get my provident fund. Below are the events that transpired. I resigned from my employer:Capitec on the 4th of March 2023 between the 29th and the 31st my documents were submitted by Capitec to your department so that my provident fund can be withdrawn. I was advised that it will take 4 to 6 weeks for my provident fund to be paid out, meaning at the end of April or the first week of May I was supposed to get my funds. When I made the following on the 24th of April I was told that Alexander Forbes has a backlog in allocation of funds to the provident fund for the last contributions that clients made, which results in the provident fund not being de-invested. This means from the end of March till to April nothing was done from Alexander to handle my case. I asked the lady I was speaking to, to escalate my case so that they can speed up the process as it's not my fault that you have a backlog. When I called to do a follow up on the 2nd of May around 9am I found out the escalation wasn't done. I asked the agent in the morning to escalate the matter and get the team leader to give me a call, but the team leader never called me back. Around 3pm I made another follow up call,( please listen to the call recording for this call and advise if this is the type of service you offer). I requested for the team leader to call me and was advised that the team leader will investigate the case and call me in 24 hours. I was advised that it will take a further 4 to 6 weeks as fund allocation only happened on the 24th of April and not much can be done. twice I asked to speak to a team leader and my request wasnt fulfilled. Team leaders Pauline Pule was supposed to call me, last agent I spoke to Lebogang Sibiya I need answer's ***
