Bad bad Service or a Strategy to Rob the Poor?

South Africa has R42.1 billion rands in unclaimed provided and pension funds. Recently the courts ruled that the administrators of these funds should trace the beneficiaries and pay them.

But it's a nightmare getting hold of anyone of them. Alexander Forbes is the worst. They first respond by an automated message and promise to get back in 48 working hours which is a 6 day week. Just why they need so long to response is a mystery. Then they disappear off the radar until u kick up a storm. At Alexander Forbes they then tell u that a certain Kusha Naidoo will get back to you in 4 working days. Up till now 6 days later I have heard not a word from him. Eventually if u kick up a racket they send you an apology and promise to get back in......48 working hours. And so the cycle begins again.

When up call them they play u adverts which promise heaven and earth and take so long that yr airtime runs out. They never call you back as some other companies do. This merry get round is so well oiled it seems like their strategy to wear u down so u give up out of frustration and they pocket millions in bank interest for themselves.

Some lady called Precious Tshivhandekano a Customer Experience person will make the right noises and hand u over to Naidoo who may even be a mythical person. If he should surface as he promised I am happy to be proved wrong. There are billions of rands which were never claimed by our parents and grandparents. These people seem to be hanging onto it for dear life by giving you the run around. I will not let them get away with it. Just why does Naidoo need 4 working days to tell you what is due to you?

I am going to share my paper trail of correspondence with Alexander Forbes. They give poor people the run around so they can hang onto their hard earned money. I will ask the EFF to get involved and get the media into it. This looks like a well oiled machine of ************ conduct. Many of you have money there. Inbox me and tell me which family member never got their payout. They cry about government *******ion yet they ***** from from the poor.
