Bad bad service
Every beginning of the year Alexander Forbes is delaying payments for my kids fees, stationary and transportation.
I have no idea when will they improve, I would never recommend them.
Today is the 28January , fees are still not paid , they don't have enough stationary and transportation.
Can someone advise what to do with Alexander Forbes as I have no idea how to deal with the situation like this as it's not only affecting me alone so as my kids.
I am depressed as I am unemployed cause I would have covered what needs to be paid at the moment of the bad horrible service they providing if I was employed and their late father had thought Alexander Forbes was the best company.

30 Jan 2020, 11:43Alexander Forbes is toying with customers and not ashamed to tell a customer that they are busy.
They not willing to advise me what should my kids while waiting for the payments to be processed,they keep on telling me via email that it's 15days waiting period regardless of the challenge I experienced.
I shall continue updating feedback am receiving from Alexander Forbes on this platform for each and every individual or company to think twice .
The service is horrible and I thought I was the only one but I got a shock after reading Facebook comments
They not willing to advise me what should my kids while waiting for the payments to be processed,they keep on telling me via email that it's 15days waiting period regardless of the challenge I experienced.

11 Feb 2020, 15:32No payments has been done yet by Alexander Forbes and yes they not afraid to tell the client that they not their only customer. Trust me they can be technical , making their problems clients problem.
Quantity is was is been delivered at Alexander Forbes,each year we deal with this late payments of theirs.
They sent me letters to take them to schools and I was thought they will be paid by today but to my surprise its not done yet as I received a call from school and the transport that travels them to and from school will no longer transport them if payment not done by end of this week.
Yhoooo I am really tired of this pathetic service. I have sleepless nights and I am advising employees and employers to try other companies for their employees cause once they are gone Alexander Forbes will give your loved ones hard time.
