BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD!!!!!!!!!! TAKING THIS FURTHER!!!!!!

I have been needing to speak to a consultant and called the number ***. I literally held the line for more than 40 minutes and I STILL did not speak to anyone. The customer service is putrid!!! If someone does not call me back today I will definitely take this to the papers because when they need something from you they are quick to call but when you need to reach them regarding your own finances that you worked hard for they are no where to be found!!! This is really BAD BAD service!!!
