Bad administration

I’m waiting for my fund to pay out but still nothing since end of April. I called enquiring end of April and Mpho said it is with their authorisation department should be paid in the following week, which never happened. I called again that week on a Thursday 4th can’t remember the lady’s name and she said it’s been held up with authorisation she will send an email to find out and get back to me, turn around time is 48 hours. I waited and no feedback. Last week on the 11thI called again spoke to Maharaj who said same thing “money needs to be authorised “ he will send email asking turn around time 48 hours that’s when I requested to speak to someone higher. Isabella is the lady who said she will find out get back to me and she did and promised that on Friday 12th money will be paid. But here am I still waiting for my money. You’d swear it’s their money the way they acting. This is a big fund that is administrating a huge population of SA but are doing such things.
