Bad

I have been calling the customer services as from the 20 December in regards to my claim,no one Is willing sort this matter out but I'm constantly told to wait someone will contact me back but no one calls me,I'm tired of calling in now I want this matter resolved no later than the 28th December or I'm taking this matter up.
